What will therapy be like?
Therapy is a personal experience that can differ for each person. During the initial sessions, I will ask some questions to evaluate your needs. Afterwards, we will focus on your individual needs at the time of each session.
Do you accept insurance?
I am in-network with Aetna (NY & CA, USA) insurance. If you do not have Aetna health insurance, then I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement so you can seek reimbursement if your insurance provider includes out-of-network care. I am also in-network with Lyra Health. Therefore, if your employer offers Lyra Health benefits then your employer may cover the cost of several sessions per year.
